Disclosure of Personal Information

The Company does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers

We engage third-party vendors and trusted partners, such as product suppliers, to perform services on our behalf, including website hosting, analytics, and communications services. Such vendors are permitted to access personal information only to the extent necessary to perform their contracted services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal information when required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our business partners, or the public.

Corporate Transactions

In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any such transfer, and of any material changes to this Policy that result from it.

Children's Policy

Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at compliance@inducebiologics.com so that we can take appropriate action.

Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal information is securely deleted or de-identified.

Security

The Company employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored on the Site and disclaim liability for unauthorized access that is beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a data breach that triggers notification obligations under applicable law, we will provide notice as required.

Your Data Rights

If you have an account on this Site or have submitted comments to us, you may request to receive an exported copy of the personal data we hold about you, request that we correct that data, or request that we erase it (except a username, which cannot be changed, and any data we are obliged to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes). To make such a request, contact us using the information in the "Contact Information" section below.

Your California Privacy Rights
