David has spent more than four decades working in regenerative medicine and orthobiologics, initially with the US Navy Tissue Bank, then in senior leadership positions with American Red Cross Blood and Tissue Services, GenSci Regenerative Sciences, MIGENIX, NAMSA and Bioventus. He has become an industry leader in innovation and coordination of new product development in bioimplant manufacturing. He has also served in senior committee positions and on the Board for the American Association of Tissue Banks.

Jim is a CPA/CA with more than forty years of experience in finance and financial management. Jim has held CFO and executive positions with many companies in various stages of development, large and small, both publicly traded and private, including in the regenerative medicine space as CFO for GenSci Regenerative Sciences, and Induce Biologics.

Todd has spent the last four decades leading the sales and distribution efforts for numerous companies in Spine, Orthopedics and Regenerative Medicine, including Nutech Spine, Nutech Medical, Alphatec, Cortek, and GenSci Regeneration Sciences. He has been involved in the launch of innovative products such as Osteocel, NuCel, NuFix, SiFix, Aril, Petil, DynaGraft, Accell and Connexus. He has experience as a Distributor and has also developed Distributor Networks and has also been involved in Strategic Partnerships with Precision Spine, Blackstone Medical, Osiris Therapeutics and Depuy.

Tom brings more than 30 years of global experience in med-tech strategy and commercial operations, with a strong background in spine and biologics. He has consistently shown the ability to develop, articulate and build confidence in the company vision and culture by aligning people, processes, and innovation. In various roles he has taken all aspects of commercial operations and transformed them into market-driven and customer-focused teams. His leadership experience includes working at well-known medical device companies such as Zimmer, Interpore Cross, Spinal Concepts (acquired by Abbott Labs), Pioneer Surgical (acquired by RTI Surgical), and Alphatec.
